well, duh, coffee makes you stay up

high frequency low doses (3mg) of caffeine keeps you awake. the experiment itself is flawed becaues its not proving that we should have small doses of caffeine to keep awake, but that caffeine in general keeps you awake, because the other group was given a placebo (eg. no caffeine) and told to stay up for 40 hours or something.

maybe the paper says something different, but the abstract leaves alot to be desired.

well, what could you expect from the Journal SLEEP? zzzz
